要点：本アプリ（「釣り用語ハンター」「HUNTER'S FISH DEX」）は、氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人情報を当方（HUNTER'S DESIGN）のサーバーへ送信・保存しません。ゲームの進行データ（図鑑・レベル・所持アイテム等）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。ただし本アプリは、ユーザーが任意で視聴を選べるリワード広告（Google AdMob）と、任意でご購入いただけるアプリ内課金（サポーターパック）を含む場合があります。これらに伴う情報の取り扱いを以下に説明します。

Summary: This app does not send or store your personal information on our (HUNTER'S DESIGN) servers. Game progress is saved only on your device. The app may include optional, user-initiated rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and optional in-app purchases (a Supporter Pack); details are described below.

1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリは、氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を、当方が独自に収集することはありません。アカウント登録やログインの機能もありません。ただし、後述の広告（第4節）については、広告配信事業者が広告IDなどのデバイス識別子を取得する場合があります。

We do not independently collect personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, or location. There is no account or login. However, as described in Section 4, our advertising provider may access device identifiers such as an advertising ID.

2. ゲームデータの保存 / Storage of Game Data

図鑑のコレクション状況、プレイヤー名、レベル、所持している道具などのゲームデータは、端末内のローカルストレージ（ブラウザ／アプリ内の保存領域）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信・共有されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から消去されます。

Game data (collection progress, player name, level, owned items, etc.) is saved only in local storage on your device and is never sent to or shared with our servers. Deleting the app also removes this data from your device.

3. アプリ内課金について / In-App Purchases

本アプリには、買い切り型のアプリ内アイテム「サポーターパック」を含む場合があります。ご購入は任意です。

決済（お支払い）は、Google Play ストア／Apple App Store が処理します。当方（HUNTER'S DESIGN）は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を一切取得・保存しません。
「購入済みかどうか」の情報は、お使いの端末およびストアのアカウントに紐づいて管理されます。当方のサーバーには送信されません。
購入・返金・購入の復元に関する取り扱いは、各ストアの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。

The app may offer a one-time in-app item ("Supporter Pack"). Purchases are optional. Payment is processed by the Google Play Store / Apple App Store; we (HUNTER'S DESIGN) never receive or store your payment details such as credit card numbers. Whether you have purchased is tied to your device and store account, and is not sent to our servers.

4. 広告について / Advertising

本アプリは、ユーザーが自分の意思で視聴を選ぶ「リワード広告」（動画広告）を表示する場合があります。ボタンをタップして広告を見ると、ゲーム内の特典が得られる仕組みです。広告を見るかどうかは常に任意で、視聴しなくてもゲームは遊べます。

広告の配信には Google AdMob を利用します。
AdMob は、広告を配信・最適化する目的で、広告ID（デバイス識別子）などの情報を取得・利用する場合があります。これは Google が処理するものであり、当方のサーバーには送信されません。

端末側の設定（Android：「広告 ID の削除／リセット」、iOS：「トラッキングを許可」のオフ）により、広告のパーソナライズを制限できます。

The app may show optional, user-initiated rewarded (video) ads. Watching an ad is always your choice and grants an in-game reward; the game is fully playable without watching ads. Ads are delivered via Google AdMob, which may access device identifiers such as an advertising ID to serve and optimize ads. This is processed by Google, not sent to our servers. 5. 第三者への提供 / Sharing with Third Parties

当方は、ユーザーの情報を独自に収集して第三者に販売・提供することはありません。ただし前述のとおり、広告配信（第4節）については広告事業者（Google AdMob）が広告IDなどを広告目的で取得・共有する場合があります。その取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

We do not independently collect and sell your information to third parties. However, as noted in Section 4, our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect and share an advertising ID for advertising purposes, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. お子さまの利用について / Children

本アプリは、当方が個人情報を独自に収集しない設計です。ただし、任意視聴のリワード広告および任意のアプリ内課金を含むため、対象年齢は13歳以上を推奨します。お子さまが利用される場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。特に、アプリ内課金は保護者の同意のうえで行い、端末側のペアレンタルコントロール（購入時のパスワード要求など）の設定をおすすめします。広告についても、広告のパーソナライズをオフにする設定をご検討ください。

This app does not independently collect personal information. However, because it includes optional rewarded ads and optional in-app purchases, we recommend it for ages 13 and up. If a child uses it, please do so under parental supervision, obtain parental consent for any purchase, and enable device-level parental controls (e.g., requiring a password for purchases).
